What is your Return Policy?
For online orders, we allow returns and exchanges of shoes in like new condiiton. We suggest wearing your new pair of shoes inside on the treadmill to make sure they're the right fit for you. If you do not love them in the first 30 days,simply return them in their original box for an exchange or store credit. Any new and unused shoe in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.
Apparel and Accessories – Any new and unused apparel or accessories in its original package with tags on can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.
Sorry no returns on nutrition products.
We reserve the right to deny a request for a return or exchange at any time deemed necessary.
How do I make a return or exchange?
You can either bring your product(s) back to the store or send it back to us. If returning or exchanging please email orders@charlotterunning.com or call 704-561-1570 to initiate your return.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 24 hours for processing. Shipping takes roughly 5-7 business days. Once your order is placed and shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. If you selected in-store pickup, you'll receive a notificiation once we have the product ready for you. You may also receive a phone call from the store.
What is your international shipping policy?
We love seeing our products all around the world, but as of right now we limit our shipping to the lower 48 States.
