Along with an aggressive 4-pin plate, this spike offers plenty of traction on the toughest of courses. Includes eight 5/16" pyramid spikes and a spike wrench. Midsole Technology: Molded EVA for lightweight comfort, rebound, and durability. Outsole Technology: Spike Plate is a rubber plate engineered for flexibility and traction.
